Charlie - Has been with us since we opened our doors in 2010. Her fine eye for detail makes bringing the brides look together with accessories totally seamless. Jill - is our newest team member and our quietest. But don’t let that fool you as she is an amazing listener and loves making all of our brides feel special throughout their time with us. John - Is the computer geek amongst us all and makes sure our website and social media are all in working order. He is also our handy man for whenever anything needs fixing in the boutique this includes radiators falling off walls and touching up the paintwork.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
When should I start shopping for my dress?
There is no right or wrong time but usually between 9-12 months before your wedding. Wedding dresses take around 6 months to be delivered from the designer, You may then need around 8 weeks for alterations once your dress is delivered to our boutique.
What sizes are your dresses?
Our dresses range from a size 10-16 with the majority of them being a size 12-14. We have lots of tricks to get you into dresses to help you see what it will look like so don't worry if they don't fit.
What price range of your collections?
Our dresses start at £750-£1600.
How long does the appointment last?
Appointments last for 75 minutes, if you arrive early to your appointment then please feel free to give us a call to see if we are available to see to you earlier. If not why not get a quick drink in the pub near by until your appointment time.
What do I need to bring to an appointment?
We advise wearing nude or white strapless underwear to your appointment and a strapless bra is useful too. There are shoes for you to try on in the boutique but if you want to bring a pair of your own shoes which you are comfortable in then please feel free to do so.
How many people can I bring with me?
Our boutique offers private fitting rooms with seating for up to 4 guests, we advise bringing
Placing a bridal dress order?
Congratulations on finding your wedding dress. We require a 50% initial payment to place your order. We will then give you an estimated delivery date of when your dress will arrive. Once your dress has arrived in store we will contact you to arrange a ‘trying on appointment’ if you haven't already ordered veils and accessories then this is the appointment in which you can do so. We also have a chat about what happens next and book you in for alterations appointments.
How does the fitting process work?
The fitting process begins around 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. This will give you the chance to discuss your requirements and allow your seamstress to give you an idea of time scale to complete your alterations.
I have a fantastic qualified and professional independent seamstress that provides brides for alterations either in the boutique on a Tuesday evening or at your home. All alterations are not included in the price of the dresses. My seamstress will personally recommend the necessary work needed and will advise of the cost individually.
